Taste

Skeptical at first, I expected raw cookies to taste as gross as nibbling on weed. After eating the first few, though, these raw cookies pleasantly surprised me with their sweet-and-tangy combination of ginger, coconut and dates. Each bite exploded with a zing at first, due to ginger's strong spiciness; but coconut and dates' sweetness, along with wholesome toasted sesames, soon took over.

The overall taste-experience was pleasurable with sweet, tangy and spicy flavors. If I didn't watch intake, I would have easily finished the whole bag!

Texture

Go Raw Ginger Snaps come in dime-sized bites, with raised, uneven texture from mending toasted coconuts, sesames and ginger with dates. They're crunchy but still soft to chew, and have the size and texture of any fun finger foods.

In my opinion, their texture and size are perfect.




Work Friendliness

These healthy packaged snack bites are not messy, sticky or greasy, and make great healthy snacks for work.

That come in clean-cut, re-sealable bags that are great for carrying and storing. They won't leave your desk messy or your fingers sticky. Also, they don't have strong odor, so you can enjoy them without bothering co-workers.

Because these cookies have no artificial additives, they won't leave you feeling greasy, bloated or tired. In fact, they give you natural energy to endure tough work days with.

Final Thoughts
