Healthy Snacks for Work (Daily Recommendations 6)

3. Blackberries

Summer's approaching and grocery stores are beginning to fill up on summer fruits like supple, juicy and delicious blackberries. 

Blackberries have only 62 calories per cup but are full of antioxidants and vitamins. They let you get the most bang out of your calories.

Next time you head to the grocery store, remember to grab a bag of blackberries to take to work.
