Healthy Snacks for Work (Daily Recommendations 1)

1. Roasted Pistachios

Pistachios are good healthy snacks for work because they're shelled, portable, low in calories (about four calories per kernel), and rich in nutrients like Vitamin K and Potassium.

For those on an eating clean diet, you can't get cleaner than earthy nuts. And for those on weight loss diet plans, the extra effort of peeling the pistachios leaves no time to over-eat.

2. Peanut Butter and All Natural Fruit Preserves Sandwich

If you need energy in the middle of the work day, quick and healthy snacks with peanut butter is a good idea. Peanut butter's calories are rich in nutrients. Peanut butter is also a versatile spread that can be paired with various foods.

A classic way to use peanut butter is in a sandwich with fruit preservatives, like the one below. This sandwich entails whole wheat bread, freshly-ground peanut butter and organic fig preservatives. It's simple, filling and scrumptious. If a whole sandwich sounds too much for a snack, cut it in half and save the rest for later.

3. Clementines

Looking for sweet treats? Choose fruits. They are good snacks for work because sugar from fruits is all natural.

Clementines are fantastic to snack on at work, because they're sealed in peel for easy-carrying, and are mess-free. Plus, they're juicy and sweet.

4. All Natural Roasted Seaweed

Naturally salted and perfectly roasted, these seaweed crisps are filled with flavor and playfully crunchy. They are also low in calories and have virtually no cholesterol. They're healthier alternatives to greasy potato chips if you crave crunchy, salty snacks.

5. Fruit and Granola Greek Yogurt Parfait

These Greek yogurt parfait cups are the most dessert-like of healthy snacks for work. In addition to being sweet and creamy, they're packed with vitamins, antioxidants and protein. They're also widely available; just look around cafes and grocery stores.
