Healthy Packaged Snacks Review: Snikiddy Baked Mac N Cheese Puffs

In late 2006, Mary Schulman and her mother founded Snikiddy® to bring quick healthy snacks they created in their kitchen to the public. Made with simple, homegrown ingredients, Mary and her mom ensured that Snikiddy® Healthy Packaged Snacks contain no preservatives but a lot of taste. Every product under the Snikiddy® brand is clean, natural and delicious. They are awesome healthy snacks for adults and kids.

Snikiddy® Packaged Snacks now fill up shelf spaces at many health food stores. Their popularity attributes to their savory flavor, nutritional value and a fun product line that includes baked fries, veggie chips and today's Baked Mac N Cheese Puffs.

Prior to writing full review, I want to note one problem with Snikiddy® Baked Mac N Cheese:

IT IS ADDICTIVE!

I literally cannot put it down. Thank goodness it's fluffy and light, and for a snack, isn't high in calories.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Snikiddy® Mac N Cheese Puffs as healthy snacks for work, because they are easy to grab, taste great, and are better for you than junk food. If you're interested, please scroll down, and read the rest of the review.

Taste

Remember the yucky aftertaste you get from eating Cheetos? You won't get it from Snikiddy® cheese puffs. Due to using all natural ingredients, Snikiddy® cheese puffs taste great when you're eating them, but don't leave a bad aftertaste from preservatives.

The puffs are made from rice and corn--and you can certainly find rice and corn's slight sweetness in each puff. Tossed in natural dry cheese, this sweet flavor blends perfectly with cheese's saltiness.

Speaking of being salty, these puffs are just salty enough to enhance flavor. Their salty flavor is also softened by using dry milk.

Texture

The Snikiddy® Mac N Cheese Puffs are perfectly plump. They're light, airy, crunchy and fun to eat. Their fluffy and crunchy texture melts in your mouth, along with a sweet cheesy goodness that surrounds each puff--and that, my friend, is quite a delightful sensation.

I've a feeling that, after one puff, you'll salivate for more.

Work Friendliness

Because these puffs are baked, they aren't greasy. Also, because they have no artificial coloring, they won't leave fingers orange like Cheetos do.

You will need to wipe your hands a little, but for cheese puffs, they're extremely clean, and awesome healthy snacks for work.
