  1. I don't think Nutella should be referred to as "healthy" or a "guilt-less indulgence." Nutella is 200 calories and 20 grams of sugar per every 2 tablespoons. Your daily intake of sugar alone should only be 50 grams and 2 tablespoons is not that much (plus who can only eat 2 tablespoons).

  2. It is not correct that eggs are fat free. In fact, each egg contains approximately 5g of fat. Also, some of the foods on here are processed. As mentioned in someone else's post, I would not classify Nutella or a vegetable potato chip as being health food. Fact check your article first.
